Scholarship
Each year, Stockland offers scholarships to high performing property undergraduates from a selection of Australian universities. Scholarship recipients benefit from a cash award and are given the opportunity to gain insight into the day-to-day operation of the property investment and development industry.
Stockland currently has formal scholarship programs with
University of Western Sydney,
University of Technology Sydney,
Curtin University,
Queensland University of Technology and RMIT University in Melbourne.
The Ervin Graf ScholarshipThe Ervin Graf Scholarship was created in 2003 in honour of the late Ervin Graf, founder of Stockland in 1952. The scholarship is offered to high performing second year Bachelor of Business (Property) students at the University of Western Sydney (UWS).
Award Entitlement
- $5,000 cash award
- $5,000 towards student’s HECS or tuition fees
- Paid work experience during semester break (Year 3)
- 1 day per week paid work experience during semester (Year 3)

The Stockland UTS Prize
The Stockland UTS Prize recognises academic excellence in property economics at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). The Stockland UTS Prize is awarded to one second year Bachelor of Property Economics student who has achieved a WAM (Grade Point Average) of more than 70 points.
Award Entitlement
- $5,000 cash award
- $5,000 towards student’s HECS or tuition fees
- Paid work experience during semester break (Year 3)
- 1 day per week paid work experience during semester (Year 3)
How to apply This scholarship is only available to UTS Bachelor of Property Economic students.

The Stockland Development ScholarshipThe Stockland Development Scholarship rewards one high performing third-year student undertaking a property economics degree through the Faculty of Built Environment and Engineering at Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
Award Entitlement
- $7,000 cash award to cover Commonwealth assistance fees, student Guild Fees and Living/Text book allowances
- Paid work experience during semester break (Year 4)
- 2 days per week paid work experience during semester (Year 4)
