Stockland's industrial portfolio is valued at $1.1 billion, with 23 properties, incorporating well over one million square metres of building area. We work hard to meet the storage and access needs of our tenants who include large scale manufacturing, warehousing and logistics companies. Our properties are strategically positioned for logistics, infrastructure and employment.
Retail
Stockland is one of the largest retail property owners, managers and developers in Australia. The portfolio comprises 39 retail centres valued at approximately $3.9 billion. The properties accommodate more than 2600 tenants and generate in excess of $4.7 billion in retail sales per annum. Our centres meet the needs of our retailers, customers and other stakeholders.

2 Victoria Ave was recently awarded with WA's first 6 Star Green Star certified rating by the Green Building Council Australia (GBCA). The building located on the Swan River seeks to redefine workspace in the Perth CBD and incorporates a number of energy efficiency elements.
