Stockland Develops Optus Head Office at North Ryde

Optus will move its Australian head office from North Sydney to the Stockland owned and managed Centrecourt Estate in Macquarie Park, North Ryde.

Stockland received planning approval to commence a $350 million development of its flagship office park site into a campus style workplace.

The development will comprise six low rise buildings in naturally landscaped surrounds with retail facilities, a child care centre, gymnasium, food court and parking for 2,100 cars.

The agreement with Optus is one of the largest commercial leasing deals ever undertaken in Australia.
