There are 2 types of consultation. The first option takes less than 10 minutes and will give you a better idea of your borrowing capacity. The second option is a Full Assessment and takes just under an hour. With both options, the first thing we do is listen. We want to hear exactly what you have in mind for your purchase. We’ll review your situation, take into consideration your requirements, and then get to work.
Step 2: Choosing the right loan
Everyone has different requirements with their loan, especially when they’re building. Stockland Home Finance uses the latest technology available to assess hundreds of different home loans, and apply them to your situation. It’s important to look at the long-term benefits of each loan, not just the initial results.
It’s worth remembering, you pay no extra for our service and it could save you thousands.
Step 3: Applying and approvals
Once you’ve decided on the loan you want, we’ll help you fill out the application and make sure you have the right supporting documents. After submitting your application, we’ll follow up the lender to make sure you’re always up-to-date with any news regarding approvals.
Step 4: Settle on, settle in
Once your loan is approved, Stockland Home Finance works hand in hand with our building partners to ensure your final settlement is pain-free. You’ll receive confirmation in writing, including your loan details, repayment amount, repayment dates and contact information for any questions.
