The UK property sector is rapidly evolving with ever increasing levels of new sustainability-related legislation, enhanced best practice standards and increasing engagement levels from our peers in the sustainability sphere.

The UK business has responded to this by successfully launching its first CR&S strategy in January 2008 and continues to make significant achievements in this area. Our vision is for the UK strategy to develop and align with the level of CR&S commitment demonstrated by Stockland in Australia.
