Cochrane Square, Glasgow |
Planning consent was obtained in 2003 for a mixed use development comprising 9,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space, 84 residential flats on the upper floors and 70 car park spaces in the basement.
The site was developed as two distinct buildings; the Ingram Street block behind a 19th century retained façade with a two storey extension, and the Montrose Street corner, a ten storey, red sandstone, new-build block. |

33 Gracechurch Street, London |
This site was acquired in January 2007, providing a prime development opportunity in the heart of London’s business district, ideally situated to take full advantage of local amenities and transportation hubs.
Within 18 months we completed an extensive refurbishment programme creating over 103,000 sq ft of high specification grade A office space. The efficient use of space and abundance of natural light, along with carefully selected finishes, give a contemporary feel to the completed building. |
