Aberdeen Gateway

Located to the south of Aberdeen, on the main road linking Dundee and Edinburgh, the 45 acre Greenfield site has outline planning consent for 470,000 sq ft of office and industrial building space. In addition, detailed planning consent has been obtained for a 150,000 sq ft HQ office building.

Infrastructure works commenced on the site in February 2008 to complete the main spine road and provide development platforms and utilities.

Following development the site will benefit from significant landscaping and planting to reconfigure what was a former open field into a desirable and attractive environment for both people and wildlife.

The project has phased completion targets between 2009 and 2014.

Aberdeen Gateway is a Joint Venture with Muir Group.
