Harlow Town Centre

We have been granted exclusive preferred developer status by Harlow Council to undertake an extensive redevelopment and regeneration of the prominent Essex new town. The proposed redevelopment includes a significant upgrade of the Town Centre North, Market Square Quarter and its immediate environment.

Our vision includes the construction of a high-quality mixed-use development incorporating residential units, of which an element will be affordable housing, a number of major retail stores and retail units of differing size, a multiplex cinema, 100 bedroom hotel, a health club, restaurants and a new transport interchange to improve accessibility. Secure parking will also be developed and attractive landscaped public spaces will be incorporated throughout.
