One Waterloo Street, Glasgow

Benefiting from a prime city centre position, located opposite Glasgow’s Central Station. Built in the 1960’s the acquired site consisted of 30,000 sq ft of office space and six retail units on the ground floor and the impractical layout confirmed the opportunity to redevelop the site.

57,000 sq ft of contemporary office and retail space is under construction. On completion eight floors of grade A space and a single retail unit of 4,000sq ft will provide modern facilities, encased in a mix of glaze and stone façade. The design incorporates a large contemporary reception area, a dedicated cycle store, high specification shower facilities, high speed lift and a recycling centre.

Currently under construction the project is due for completion at the end of 2009.
