Located on the site of the former north wing of Unilever House, on the north side of the River Thames in Central London’s Mid-Town professional district. Planning permission was granted for full demolition of the 1970’s commercial building, and in its place a striking new office building comprising over 70,000 sq ft is currently under construction.

The external elevations will carry a high proportion of glazing, and internally the design will incorporate a double height reception, 7 floors of open plan grade A office space, well specified shower facilities, dedicated cycle store and a recycling centre.

The project is due for completion in summer 2009.
