We are pleased to confirm the sale of the SDOT1 interest in Waterfront Place to the Future Fund for $216.4million. The settlement of the sale occured on 20 May 2011. Please see the link SDOT1 Waterfront Place Sale Update 23 May 2011 for further details.

The December 2011 Quarter Limited Liquidity Facility for SDRT1 Investors only is now closed. SDRT1 Investors wishing to participate in the March 2012 Quarter LLF may download the LLF application form from this website from 4.00pm (AEST) 23 February 2012. 

The LLF for SDOT1, SDOT2 and SDOT3 are now closed.
