Wholesale Funds

We manage a number of unlisted property funds exclusively for those investors who qualify as a “professional” or “sophisticated” investors as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 – more commonly known as wholesale investors.

The minimum investment in our wholesale funds is generally $500,000.
