Stockland was the only Australian property group recognised on the list compiled by magazine Corporate Knights and was one of only seven Australian companies to receive the honour.

Highlands Neighbourhood Centre awarded 4 Star Green Star 2012

Stockland’s Highlands Neighbourhood Centre, located within Highlands residential development in Craigieburn, Victoria, has recently been awarded a 4 Star Green Star - retail centre design v1 certified rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.

Stockland has been recognised as the most sustainable property company in the world in the 2011/12 Dow Jones Sustainability Index. The DJSI evaluates the performance of companies by analysing environmental and social performance.

Two Victoria avenue is the first project in Western Australia to achieve a 6 Star Green Star - Office Design v2 certified rating. Two Victoria avenue seeks to redefine workspace in the Perth CBD featuring the latest in sustainable design.
