How do I apply for a position at Stockland?
If you locate an opportunity that is of interest, please submit your application online by selecting "apply now". After completing the online application form, please select "send me a copy of this email" to confirm the successful receipt of your application.
Can I apply for more than one position?
You are welcome to submit an application for any positions that are of interest. As the recruitment process for each position is managed separately, please submit an application for each opportunity for which you’d like to be considered.
What happens once my application is submitted?
After submitting your application online, it will be reviewed by the applicable recruitment consultant assisting Stockland. If your qualifications and experience match our requirements, you will be contacted to discuss your application in more detail.

What does the recruitment process typically involve?
Stockland has engaged a panel of specialist recruitment partners to assist in filling all vacant positions. After meeting with our appointed recruitment partner, you will be invited to an interview with the applicable Stockland hiring manager to discuss the role, your experience, qualifications and career aspirations in more detail.
Typically candidates attend two interviews with Stockland, however this may vary depending upon the position that you've applied for. If you’re successful in receiving an offer to work at Stockland, a comprehensive pre-employment screening / background check will also be completed.
