  • Design team

    Stockland has a specialist in-house design team made up of architects, designers and planners. They work with our customer insights team to uncover the needs of the customer and local community and then design for this. They work with the development team to ensure all design is done within a budget and timeframe.

  • Scholars

    Each year Stockland asks a group of high performing property undergraduates from a number of Universities across Australia to join the company. The scholars rotate across areas within Stockland businesses, working part time as they complete their undergraduate degrees.
