Doing the right thing as a property owner, manager and developer is about balancing the needs of the community with the needs of the business. At Stockland, sustainability principles are built into the way we do good business. To guide our activities, we have dedicated a sustainability team.

Design team
Stockland has specialist in-house design teams within each business made up of architects, designers and in some cases planners. They work with our customer insights team to uncover the needs of the customer and local community and then design for this. They work with the development team to ensure all design is done within a budget and timeframe.

Development
Stockland has Development Managers that work within our Retirement Living, Residential and Retail businesses. They work with community groups, government, builder partners and Stockland experts to deliver developments that meet the needs of the local community and deliver returns to the business.
