Waterside is bounded by Castlereagh and Andrews Roads and is only a short five minute drive to Penrith's central business district, train station and entertainment.

Situated opposite the International Regatta Centre and Olympic Whitewater Rafting Stadium, Waterside is surrounded by world standard recreational facilities.

The M4 Motorway, which offers easy access to the city and the Blue Mountains, is approximately a ten minute drive away. Students can walk or catch a bus to a number of excellent primary and secondary schools in the area.

Parks, gardens, playgrounds and boat ramps on the Nepean River are all within easy reach.
