Water Cycle Management and Vegetation Protection

Constucted wetlands help to maintain delicate ecosystems, local fauna, flora and natural water quality. Retention and enhancement of native vegetation within existing draining corridors and the local creek is supported by leading edge water quality treatment processes.

Open Spaces and Accessibility

Over 20 hectares of Augustine Heights is dedicated to environmental parkland and open space featuring a network of walk ways and cycle paths.

Natural Gas

Augustine Heights has ready availability of natural gas known to produce the least amount of carbon dioxide of all the fossil fuels and reduces the impact of the greenhouse effect.
