Parks & playgrounds

Everybody at Freshwater lives within walking distance of a neighbourhood park and playground for the kids. The brand new adventure playground in the Eastern Village is now open.

The playground brings a touch of Moreton Bay to Freshwater with a play fishing boat, rods and climbing nets. The playground is designed to ignite every child?s imagination. The parks are also a great place for a game of cricket or to bring home your catch of whiting or bream and cook it up fresh on the barbecue.

Close to nature

Surrounded by nature, at Freshwater you're only 5 minutes to excellent fishing with the Pine River boat ramp just down the road. There is also 4km of walking and bike tracks around the community.
