The Boardwalk design guidelines have been prepared to ensure the creation of a high quality living environment. They will guide purchasers, architects, designers and builder in this objective. It is in the interests of all residents to ensure that a high standard of innovative, contemporary design and construction is maintained.

Builders' information
As Constructed Plans for Brighwater are unfortunately not available through the Stockland website. If you are requiring any As Constructed Plans they are available by contacting Unity Water. Please call 07 54 75 7270.
To obtain a covenant approval for any building plans, please submit the building plans through the covenant assessment website called iscope. Please click on the link to be directed to the website - www.stockland-iscope.com.au.
