Why you love Mernda Villages
The "Show us why you love Mernda Villages" campaign was implemented to creatively demonstrate Mernda Villages and showcase what this great community has to offer.
In engaging the community and working with the local schools, Stockland invited residents and community members to upload a three minute video to "Show us why you love Mernda Villages".
The winning entry received a $3,000 EFTPOS gift card.

The Stockland Mernda Villages YouTube Channel let the locals showcase what they feel are the features and benefits of Mernda Villages; such as the parks, access to education, leisure, recreation and the overall convenience of living in Mernda Villages.

A masterplan for a beautiful community
An enchanting community designed around nature and convenience, with the Village Centre coming to life that will bring a Woolworths supermarket, speciality shops, childcare and medical centre to your door.
