Congratulations!
We would like to congratulate Ayse Sener of Hampton Park for naming this very special community - Selandra Rise! Ms Sener has won herself and the Hampton Park Community House a laptop each. We would also like to congratulate Jasmine Harrison of Narre Warren South for winning our $700 family bike pack. We hope you all enjoy your wonderful gifts and we thank you for all your efforts.

A City of Casey resident has created their own piece of local history as the winner of Stockland's competition to name this exciting new community neighbourhood in Clyde North.
Ayse Sener from Hampton Park created the name Selandra Rise using sound and chart numerology to capture the innovative, fresh approach adopted to deliver this new community.
Ms Sener describes Selandra Rise as a unique name for a community like no other with each letter chosen for its ancient philosophy and numerological meaning.
"The name sounds beautiful and creates images of a healthy, happy place for people to live. It is also perfectly balanced to reflect the lifestyle on offer at this new community."
"I am very excited to have been chosen as the winner and feel honoured to be involved in naming this special neighbourhood," she said.
Selandra Rise was chosen from over 90 entries submitted by local City of Casey residents in response to Stockland's innovative 'Name a New Neighbourhood' competition.
The top three names were selected by an expert panel and then it was back over to the local City of Casey residents to vote on the name they felt best reflected Stockland's vision for the new community.
In addition to the honour of naming an entire new residential community, Ms Sener has also won a laptop for herself and an organisation of her choice. Ms Sener said she plans to donate the laptop to Hampton Park Community House in the City of Casey.
Andrew Whitson, Stockland's General Manager Victoria believes Selandra Rise perfectly captures the future of the new community which offers residents a healthy, active lifestyle with everything needed for home, work and leisure right on their doorstep.
"We are pleased with the name Selandra Rise and the fact that the local Casey community have chosen it means so much more. We want the community to embrace this new neighbourhood and selecting the name themselves is a great place to start," he said.
This community naming competition signals the beginning of Stockland's extensive community consultation program for Selandra Rise that will see many key project elements such as parks determined by the local community.
