At Selandra Rise we aim to create a unique community where residents feel a sense of health and well-being - in essence, a place where people can look forward.
Live a happier, healthier lifestyle in a vibrant, safe and welcoming local community with easy access to everything.
Selandra Rise is the result of an innovative partnership between Stockland, the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), the Growth Areas Authority (GAA), the City of Casey and the local community. Together, we're working to deliver one of the most liveable communities ever developed in Victoria.
Thoroughly planned and designed to grow as you grow, Selandra Rise's range of facilities will ensure that residents' everyday needs can be met at every stage of life.
Enjoy the future of community living today, right here in the City of Casey.

At Selandra Rise, you'll have everything close by - a supermarket, specialty stores and a cafe. There will also be medical and health services within the community.
There will be a state primary school and St Peter's Catholic Secondary College will open before the first resident moves in. There will also be access to public transport. It's a level of convenience that will allow you and your family to look forward.
We're aiming to create local jobs at Selandra Rise - in schools, shops and through local services. It could mean you won't spend any time commuting to work.
We're also creating a dedicated home office district. "One of the key initiatives is the possibility of introducing a business incubator," says Jason Black of the Planning Institute of Australia. "It's a support network for people who want to start up their own business from home. There will be facilities like meeting spaces, secretarial services and the types of services you find in shared office buildings in the city."
"We're providing the most diverse range of housing that you will find on any master planned community in Australia," says Stockland's General Manager of Residential Development in Victoria, Andrew Whitson.
Residents can choose to live parkside, creekside or hillside on a variety of lot sizes. There will also be retirement and aged-care facilities at Selandra Rise, as well as home office solutions proposed.
No matter what stage of life you're at, there's something to suit your lifestyle and your budget.
