At Selandra Rise, recycled water will be offered to all homes so you can make a positive contribution to the environment.  

We will also use recycled water on our landscaping and we will encourage our residents to do so too. It's all part of what's called Water Sensitive Urban Design and we pride ourselves on doing it well.  

We will have a special building at Selandra Rise, known as the Sustainable Living Hub. It will provide information for residents on how to live in a more eco-friendly way.
