These guidelines must be read in conjunction with the Detailed Area Plan's (DAP's) for the complete set of requirements and provisions relating to these lots. Corimbia's DAP's for Stages 1 to 8 are detailed below.

i-scope

i-scope is Stockland's online design and review tracking system. This is where your builder will submit your plans on your behalf for Stockland to review and endorse before taking to council. All submission have a ten working day turn-around timeframe. Your builder will need to register from the web link provided before submitting any plans.
