SREEF is co-invested alongside Stockland in a diversified portfolio of residential land subdivision projects located around Australia. SREEF1 is a closed end wholesale fund with an initial term of 8 years.The fund closed fully subscribed in August 2006.

SDOT3

We are pleased to advise that the last remaining property in the portfolio at 541 St Kilda Road , Melbourne settled on Friday 10th May 2013. The sale price was $28,000,000.

 

The return of capital will be determined by the Stockland Capital Partners Limited Board. SDOT3 will be wound up after the payment of all expenses associated with the Trust have been paid.

The SDRT1 June Quarter Limited Liquidity Facility (LLF) is now closed.

Successful applications will be processed and transfered on the 1st July 2013 , with the proceeds of the transfer to be mailed to applicants on the 21st July 2013.

The next LLF will open on the 22 August 2013 for the September Quarter 2013 . It is important to note that the September quarter 2013 may be the last quarter that the LLF operates.
