The Boardwalk, Mount Coolum
Stockland Residential Estates Equity Fund No. 1 ("SREEF1") offers investors exposure to a geographically diversified portfolio of residential land subdivision projects in high growth corridors across Australia.
SREEF1 raised $75 million from wholesale investors and is anticipated to run for an eight year period.
SREEF1 will invest alongside Stockland in the development of residential subdivison projects.
In September 2007, the Fund acquired 50% of the development rights to The Boardwalk which is a 31 hectare property located at Mount Coolum on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, 15 kilometres north of Maroochydore.
