Stockland Residential Estates Equity Fund ("SREEF") offers investors exposure to a geographically diversified portfolio of residential land subdivision projects in high growth corridors across Australia.

SREEF1 raised $75 million from wholesale investors and is anticipated to run for an eight year period.

SREEF1 will invest alongside Stockland in the development of residential subdivison projects.

The Fund's initial seed investment is the acquisition of 50% of the development rights in the Vertu Private Estate, Forrestdale, WA. The project is a 53.82 hectare property located approximately 17km south east of Perth.
