We manage a number of unlisted property funds exclusively for those investors who qualify as a "professional" or "sophisticated" investors as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 - more commonly known as wholesale investors.

The minimum investment in our wholesale funds is generally $500,000

Invests alongside Stockland in a geographically diversified portfolio of residential land sub-division projects.

Target pre-tax IRR exceeding 18% pa (net of all fees).
