Landscape Architects have incorporated many of the features normally reserved for exclusive residential estates, including wide buffer zones of foliage and meandering rock lined "creek bed" style swales. It has been engineered to exceed community expectations for a modern Industrial Precinct; street will be lined with "carbon munching" trees, the stormwater system is designed to catch run-off and trap pollutants before it leaves the estate and flows into Sandy Creek and the Logan River.
