By using the stage number provided in your contract, you can stay up to date on your construction progress and the estimated registration timing using the Construction Tracker whenever you like.
Stockland collaborates with multiple third parties to develop your Lot and grow the community. Registration and construction timelines are approximate and may be altered based on construction progress, regulatory approvals, and weather conditions. These milestones will be reached at separate times and not necessarily in a specific order. We will keep you informed of any key changes throughout the settlement journey. The Construction Tracker includes general information that is typical for Lots we sell, however it may not apply to all Lots. If you have questions specific to your Lot, we encourage you to ask our sales team or your legal representative.
