The 3RD Place cafe is due to open in Eucalypt in early 2013 located inside the community’s classic heritage homestead building.

Third Place Cafe is designed around the original Eucalypt Heritage Homestead and is filled with history. This 1.3 acre site was originally purchased by Christian Hehr in 1866, arriving from Wurttemberg, Germany in 1856 aboard the ship Electric.

The original bluestone component of the homestead has now been completely restored and will be the new home of Eucalypt’s very own Third Place Café.
