How Highlands creates Liveability


At Highlands, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community. Our annual Liveability Survey measures what matters to our residents, so we can design our communities around what’s important.

The Liveability Survey invites feedback on all aspects of the community - from quality of built and natural environments, to how its design supports mental and physical wellbeing. Watch more about it below.

A calendar of community events

We love bringing the community together to celebrate special occasions and milestones at Highlands. That's why we have a busy calendar of community events throughout the year, where you can meet your neighbours and have fun with friends. Keep an eye out on the Stockland Highlands Facebook page for details of upcoming events. 

The Bridges Reserve and a BMX Track, coming soon!

Highlands has two new exciting community facilities expected to open in 2024^. The Bridges Reserve will include NRL and touch Rugby pitches, a pavilion and play space. A BMX track is also under construction. These two new community spaces will join the already over 20 parks and open spaces in Highlands.

Continue working with council to ensure parks, streetscapes and roads are maintained and tidy to ensure areas are safe and well presented.

We are excited for the upcoming opening of Heritage Park and wetlands area within our Vista village, offering a serene environment for residents to explore
