The reason we chose Taylors Hill is because it's spacious with lots of room between the villas and the streets are wide.  We looked at some other villages and they were pretty cramped.  Our previous home was 42 years old and it needed a lot of work which is why we made the decision to move to Taylors Hill. It's brand new and we love it and we're glad to get away from the maintenance of our old place.

We don't consider we've downsized that much. Certainly the garden is smaller but we've now got two toilets and showers which we didn't have before. We also love the open plan layout.
