We've been retired for three years and there was a certain amount of loneliness because we both weren't working anymore. Of course we were very busy for a while after we retired but then all of a sudden we started wondering what we were going to do with all our spare time. We then moved to Taylors Hill Village and that certainly doesn't apply anymore!

No matter where you go in the village there are other people and you also have the option of not being involved too - the choice is totally your own.

Since moving to Taylors Hill, we've become involved in carpet bowls, petanque and line dancing and we make great use of the Community Centre. We both find it's just like an extension of your lounge room and you know you can just pop down there and there'll always be somebody to have a coffee with or a friendly chat. It's a lovely friendly place to visit. It's also amazing during Happy Hour, it's amazing just how much can be discussed.
