About Selandra Rise Retirement Village

After much anticipation, Stockland is excited to bring vibrant retirement living to Melbourne's South East with the launch of Selandra Rise Retirement Village in Clyde North.

Residents will be in walking distance to the future town centre that will include a supermarket, cafes, medical facilities and a range of specialty stores. The village will also boast a number of parklands designed by the residents of the Casey community.

Selandra Rise Retirement Village will feature a selection of seven homes in a variety of sizes and styles to offer retirees housing options to suit all needs and budgets.

It is anticipated that the first residents will move into the village at the end of 2012.
