- Cut salami into thin slices
- Thread hulled strawberries, salami and mozzarella in alternate order onto metal skewers. If using bamboo skewers, make sure you soak them in water for at least 15 minutes before threading.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Place skewers onto a serving dish and serve chilled.
