Centre Management

Centre Management can assist with all centre services including: the hire of Kiddie Kabz and Mobility Equipment, including Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs, Gift Card sales, Lost Property and Transport enquiries.

The Centre Management Office is located near Gloria Jean's Coffees and is open Monday to Friday; 9am - 5.30pm and Saturday; 9am - 4pm.  

Community Room

Kiddie Kabz

Children will love shopping at Stockland Baulkham Hills with one of our cute Kiddie Kabz. Kiddie Kabz are available for hire, free of charge.  To collect a token, visit the Centre Management Office during opening hours.

Parents' Room

Our well equipped Parents' Room is located next to the travelators near Donut King.

The Parents' Room received a five star accreditation by the Australian Breast Feeding Association and is complete with private feeding rooms, bottle warmers and separate baby change tables for customer convenience.

Stockland Gift Cards

Stockland Gift Cards can be purchased from the Centre Management Office or the Stockland Gift Card webpage. From as little as $10, they're the perfect gift, every time.

Stockland Gift Cards can be used at any participating store, in any Stockland Shopping Centre.  To find a participating stores at Stockland Baulkham Hills, download a participating stores list (PDF 33.8kb).    

Disabled Amenities

Our Disabled Restrooms are located opposite Marathon Meathouse.

Disabled parking spaces are located close to the centre entrances for customer convenience.

Mobility Equipment Hire

Motorised Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Centre Management Office.

Free Justice of the Peace Service

For your convenience, a Justice of the Peace is at your service every Saturday, from 9.30am to 12noon, located in the Community Room, near Donut King.

Lost and found

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it.

For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Centre Management Office located near Gloria Jean's Coffees or call 9639 6216.

Centre Directories

Centre Directories provide information on store locations, centre facilities and services and loyalty programs.

Centre Directories are available at the Centre Management Office and are displayed on poster stands throughout the centre.

Car Parking

Stockland Baulkham Hills offers approximately 850 free car parking spaces, with almost 500 undercover.  To ensure shopping at Stockland Baulkham Hills is as easy and hassle free as possible, 1 hour and 3 hour parking restrictions do apply.

For customer convenience, disabled, parent with prams and 1 hour express parking spaces are located near Centre entrances, and are clearly sign-posted.  Retailers, staff and shoppers looking to stay longer than 3 hours, should utilise the Roof Level parking area.

Stockland Baulkham Hills' car parks are monitored by The Hills Shire Council Rangers and infringements may be issued for exceeding time limits.  Please take notice of signage where you have parked to avoid incurring a fine.  This initiative has been implemented to keep the car parks available for customers of the Centre.
