Customer Care
Our people enjoy being able to help and you'll find our new Customer Care Centre located near Coles between Healthy Life and Just Cuts. The Customer Care Centre is open 7 days a week offering convenient customer advice and services.
These include Centre and Community Information; Public Transport Information; Stockland Gift Cards; Lost and Found Property Register and Hire of Kiddy Kabz, Strollers, Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs.
The Customer Care Centre is open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-9pm Thursday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 10am-4pm Sunday.
Parents' rooms
Our clean and comfortable parents' rooms are located near Target, Kmart, Woolworths and JB Hi-Fi and include:- Change Tables
- Toilets
- Private feeding rooms
- Heating facilities including a microwave
- Play panel area for the kids
Disabled facilities
Disabled toilets are located near Target, Kmart, Woolworths and JB Hi-Fi. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.
Mobility equipment hire
Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters are available for hire free of charge from our Customer Care Centre, located near Coles between Healthy Life and Just Cuts. To book please phone (02) 4954 9666.

Centre directories detailing all of the stores and services available at Stockland Glendale are available from our Customer Care Centre or the Centre Management office.
Kiddy Kabz and Strollers
Free Kiddy Kabz and stroller hire help make shopping with children a little easier. They are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre.
Justice of the Peace service
"Need a witness? Justices of the Peace will be outside Best & Less on the first Saturday of every month from 10am to 1pm to witness your documents - a free community service from Stockland Glendale.
