Stockland Green Hills Development Application

Stockland is working closely with all relevant authorities to submit a revised Development Application to deliver an outstanding retail solution for Stockland Green Hills, including the addition of Myer. We are now working through the next steps in the development process and intend on commencing construction in 2012.  

The proposed redevelopment would include:

• An additional level to the Centre bringing the total gross lettable area to approximately 70,000m².
• A new Myer department store.
• An additional discount department store.
• Approximately 100 new specialty stores.

The redevelopment of the centre is a significant investment in the future of the local community and will create jobs for our local residents. We look forward to working with Maitland City Council, the local community and our other partners to build a retail precinct that meets the needs of Maitland residents now and into the future.
