Our people enjoy being able to help and you will find our Customer Care Centre located outside Woolworths. Open seven days a week it offers a variety of services you need to make shopping easier. For any queries, please contact our friendly Customer Care staff on (02) 4933 2799 (press 1).
Kids Cabs
Here at Stockland Green Hills, we would like to make your day easier when it comes to shopping with children. We have Kidz Cabs available for hire from the Customer Care Centre everyday of the week. Kidz Cabs are $1.00 for each hour of hire. For the month of October, all monies raised will be donated to the Maitland Children's Hospital.
Parents' room
To make it even easier and more comfortable for Mums, Dads, grandparents or carers, Stockland Green Hills has upgraded the parents room near Big W. Our new parents room includes additional play facilities, change tables, nappy bins, heated baby wipes, bottle warmer, wash basins, private feeding rooms, microwave, dual child and adult toilet, LCD televisions and much more. So check it out today, located near Big W.
Disabled facilities
Disabled toilets are located next to Big W and next to the Food Court. Disabled parking spaces are located outside most entrances to the centre.
Mobility equipment hire
Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre. To book please phone (02) 4933 2799.

Centre directories detailing all the stores and services at Stockland Green Hills are available from the Customer Care Centre and at each entrance to the centre.
NRMA Road Side Assistance Meeting Points
Stockland Green Hills has two locations around the centre designated as NRMA road assistance meeting points.
