Centre Information
Stockland Merrylands shopping centre is located 25km West of the Sydney CBD and has serviced the local community for almost 39 years.
The Centre is currently undergoing a major $400 million redevelopment, and upon project completion will deliver a 59,000sqm shopping centre, including Kmart, Target,
Big W, Coles, Franklins, Woolworths, over 200 specialty stores and 3,000 car spaces.
The centre has just completed Stage 3b of the development which has seen the introduction of a brand new Coles supermarket and a further 300 car spaces with a new vehicle entry and exit from Pitt Street.
With the 3 stages of the redevelopment now complete, the Centre offers Coles and Franklins supermarkets, Kmart and Target discount department stores, JB Hi Fi, a Youth Fashion Precinct, 750 seat Food Court and over 130 specialty stores.
The final stage of the project, Stage 4, is now underway and will be opened in October 2012. This will include Woolworths, Big W, a fresh food precinct and over 70 specialty stores.
