Customer Care Desk

The Customer Care Desk can assist with all Centre services including: the hire of Kiddie Kabz and Mobility Equipment, including Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs, Gift Card sales, Job Guide placements, Lost Property and Transport enquiries.

The Customer Care Desk is located on Ground Level near Zamel's and is open seven days a week.

Kiddie Kabz

Children will love shopping at Stockland Merrylands with one of our cute Kiddie Kabz.

Kiddie Kabz are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.

Parents Rooms

Our well equipped Parents Rooms are located near the Customer Care Desk and Priceline Pharmacy on Ground Level, and Centre Management on Level 1.

The Parents Rooms are complete with feeding rooms, bottle warmers and baby change tables for customer convenience.

Stockland Gift Cards

Stockland Gift Cards can be purchased from the Customer Care Desk, Centre Management or the Stockland Gift Card webpage.  From as little as $10, they're the perfect gift, every time.

Disabled Amenities

Our Disabled Restrooms are located near the Customer Care Desk and Priceline Pharmacy on Ground Level, and Centre Management on Level 1.

Disabled parking spaces are located close to the Centre entrances for customer convenience.

Mobility Equipment Hire

Motorised Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.

Free Justice of the Peace Service

For your convenience, a Justice of the Peace is at your service every Saturday, 9.30am to 12noon, located on Level 1 near JB Hi Fi.

Lost and Found

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it.

For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk located on Ground Level near Zamel's or call 9682 1855.

Centre Directories

Centre Directories provide information on store locations, Centre facilities, Customer Care services and loyalty programs.

Centre Directories are available at the Customer Care Desk, Centre Management and are displayed on poster stands throughout the Centre.

Job Guide

The Job Guide provides customers with information on employment opportunities throughout the Centre, and is available for viewing at the Customer Care Desk.
