Stockland Shellharbour is conveniently located on Lake Entrance Road in Shellharbour City Centre, approximately 20 kilometres south of the Wollongong CBD.

Parking

Parking is free at Stockland Shellharbour and available both outdoor and undercover. A new car park with approximately 350 spaces has opened, with access available off Benson Avenue.

Our people enjoy being able to help and you will find our Customer Care Centre located near Coles and Brumby's Bakery. Open seven days a week, the Customer Care Centre offers a variety of services you need to make shopping easier. Read more about our customer care.

Parents' Room

Our clean and comfortable parents' rooms are located next to Payless Shoes and Harris Scarfe.

Visit our 5 Star Parent's Room next to Payless Shoes with facilities for:

• Change tables, 
• Complimentary heated baby wipes,
• Private feeding rooms complete with TV's,
• Wash basins,
• Play equipment for toddlers,
• Nappy bins, 
• Toilets for both parent and child, 
• Bottle warming,

Say it with a Stockland Gift Card

The Stockland Gift Card is an exciting way for customers to shop at Stockland Shopping Centres, adding another level of convenience to the your shopping experience.

The Gift Card is an electronic card the same size and look of a regular debit card. It can be used at over 2000 participating retailers across Australia in Stockland Shopping Centres. It is great for fashion, gifts, fresh food, eating out and so much more.

A Stockland Gift Card can say 'Happy Birthday', 'I love You', or 'Merry Christmas'. At work, it is a job 'well done' or at a sporting presentation, 'Congratulations'.

Gift Cards can be credited with any amount between $10 and $500, making it a flexible gift, perfect for any member if the family.

You can get your Stockland Gift Card from the Customer Care Centre. There is a $1.50 administration fee per Gift Card issued.

Mobility equipment hire

Motorised scooters, wheelchairs and prams are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre. To book ahead, please phone (02) 4296 8266.

Disabled facilities

Disabled toilets are located near Payless Shoes, Harris Scarfe and at the outdoor area near The Salvation Army Employment Plus Connectivity Centre and Nirand Thai. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.

Kidz Cabs

Kidz Cabs make shopping with children a little easier. They are available to hire free of charge from the Customer Care Centre.
