Stockland Shellharbour is the centre that's ready to shine. Upon completion of the redevelopment the centre will boast a new two level Myer department store, Target, Kmart, Coles and Woolworths, over 200 speciality stores, a new and expanded fresh food market, a City Square with alfresco dining, 5 star Parents' Rooms and a Stockland is my funland kids play area.
The redevelopment of Stockland Shellharbour will almost double the size of the existing centre, creating the only major regional shopping centre between Miranda, Campbelltown and Canberra.

Stockland welcomes Myer to its new flagship shopping centre, in the heart of the Illawarra.
The introduction of the first Myer to the Shellharbour trade area will make Stockland Shellharbour the one-stop fashion shop for Shellharbour and the Illawarra region.

Introducing Woolworths and new Coles supermarkets
Stockland Shellharbour is incorporating an enhanced fresh food market that includes the addition of a wide range of new and delicious fresh food retailers.
Stockland Shellharbour welcomes Woolworths supermarket to provide more choices for customers. Coles supermarket will also open a brand new store and the redesign and relocation of this new store will make shopping at Coles much more convenient.
Located close to the new Coles supermarket, a new bright and vibrant contemporary fresh food market will offer customers greater choice with all the fresh food they love in one convenient location.

Revitalised dining
The Ground Level Food Court is at the heart of the centre and will be revitalised and expanded to provide customers with many quality fast food dining choices for a casual lunch or shopping pit stop.
The new City Square will also provide new dining options for customers at Stockland Shellharbour with a range of cafés and restaurants in a relaxed alfresco environment.

The new City Square will be a unique public meeting place for the community to enjoy. The inclusion of a new range of café and restaurant eating options at Stockland Shellharbour will complement the contemporary feel of the new centre.
The new City Square will provide a connection with the City Centre to bring the community closer together. The City Square's dining precinct will offer a range of dining options including cafés and restaurants, plus a Stockland is my funland kids play area and an outdoor community stage. It will also boast spectacular views of Lake Illawarra and the escarpment.
The new centre dining options will enhance the overall leisure experience by offering a greater range of experiences to cater for all tastes.
