Our people enjoy being able to help and you'll find our Customer Care Centre located opposite Deli Select in the Fresh Food Hall. Open 7 days a week it offers a variety of services you need to make shopping easier.
Parents' Room
Our brand new clean and comfortable Parents' Room, features the latest design and is now located near the Food Court, Big W and Woolworths.
Facilities includes:
- Change tables
- Nappy bins
- Wash basins
- Play area for the kids
- Private feeding rooms
Gift Cards
Make a Stockland Gift Card part of every occasion.
Stockland Gift Cards are now available from the Customer Care Centre and can be used at any participating store, in any Stockland Shopping Centre. For only $1.50 transaction fee, receive your Stockland Gift Card and choose from one of six greeting card designs. EFTPOS Now accepted.
Disabled facilities
Disabled toilets are located near the Food Court, Woolworths and Big W. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.
Mobility equipment hire
Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre. To book please phone (02) 9609 7766.
Free Justice of the Peace Service
For your convenience, a JP is at your service every Saturday, 9.30am to 12noon, located opposite the Customer Care Centre.

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, contact the Customer Care Centre on (02) 9609 7766.
Kiddie Kabz
Kiddie Kabz make shopping with children a little easier! They are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre FREE of charge.
