Our Customer Care Centre is located next to Centre Stage.��The Customer Care Centre is open seven days a week for your convenience and offers the following services:

Parents Room

The centre has two�Parents Rooms available for your use,�located in the Food Court and behind Centre Stage.� Both rooms are fully equipped with the the following facilities for your comfort and convenience:

- General Amenities
- Comfortable seating�& private feeding�areas
- Change tables & heated baby wipes
- Microwaves & bottle heaters
- Television

Disabled facilities

Disabled toilets are located behind centre stage and in the food court. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.

Mobility equipment hire

Motorised scooters, wheelchairs and prams are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre. To book please phone (07) 4054 3066.

Tots Taxis

Tots Taxis�make shopping with children a little easier and even more fun! They are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre FREE of charge.

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries please contact the Customer Care Centre on (07) 4054 3066.

Justice of the Peace service

Need a witness and don't know where to find one?

A Justice of the Peace service is�located across from Terry White Chemist every Wednesday and Saturday from 10.00am - 2.00pm to witness your documents.
�
This is a FREE community service provided�by Stockland Cairns and the Queensland Justice Department.
