Stockland Gladstone is located on the corner of Phillip Street and the Dawson Highway, in the suburb of Kin Kora - the geographic centre of the city of Gladstone.

The centre spans the Dawson Highway, with a pedestrian and vehicular underpass providing access to Coles, Kmart and Target Country on the north side of the highway.

We have parking for more than 1,300 cars, with 400 undercover parking spaces. 'Parents with prams' parking is available, with disabled parking spaces located at the Commonwealth Bank and Brumby's entrances to the centre and outside each entrance to Coles, Kmart and Target Country.
