Redevelopment updates via the Townsville Bulletin
A Stockland Townsville redevelopment update will feature on the second Thursday of each month in the Townsville Bulletin until completion of the works.

Sustainability initiatives
Stockland Townsville has been designed to high environmental standards and is registered for Green Star retail design accreditation. Initiatives include energy sub-metering, naturally ventilated carparks to reduce energy consumption, “smart” water meters for efficiency along with a newly designed green tenancy fitout guide.
