You can buy tickets to all the nation's big events and it's a whole lot easier to buy Cowboys tickets.
No more driving all over town, just make your way to the Customer Care Desk at Stockland (located out the front of Rebel Sport).

Our people enjoy being able to help and you'll find our Customer Care Desk located near Rebel Sport. Open 7 days a week, it offers a variety of services you need to make shopping easier.

Say it with a Stockland Gift Card

The Stockland Gift Card is an exciting way for customers to shop at Stockland Shopping Centres, redeemable at over 2,000 participating retailers across Australia in Stockland Shopping Centres.

Gift Cards can be credited with any amount between $10 and $500, making it a flexible gift, perfect for any member of the family.

The Stockland Gift Card is available at Centre Management and the Customer Care Desk located outside Rebel Sport.

Parents' room

Our clean and comfortable parents' room is located in the toilet corridor next to Bras N Things. The room is fully equipped with the following facilities for your comfort and convenience:-
- General Amenities
- Comfortable seating & private feeding areas
- Change tables & heated baby wipes
- Microwave & bottle heaters
- Television

Mobility equipment hire

Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are available for hire at no charge from the Customer Care Desk. To book please phone (07) 4779 6033.

Disabled facilities

Disabled toilets are located next to OPSM and next to Diva, with additional disabled facilities in the main corridor next to the parents' room. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.

Kidz Cabs

Kidz Cabs help make shopping with children a little easier. They are available for hire from the Customer Care Centre and cost $2 every hour.

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries please contact the Customer Care Desk on (07) 4779 6033.

Need a witness? Justice of the Peace will be next to the travelators near Coffee Coffee every Tuesday from 9.00am to 3.00pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 12.00pm to witness your documents - a free community service from Stockland Townsville.
