Our $180 million investment in Stockland Townsville will include four new precincts and an additional 55 specialty stores to deliver almost 180 stores in total. Why is this investment needed in the community?

Current stages for the redevelopment due for completion in 2012
The redevelopment is being delivered in stages:
Woolworths, fresh food precinct and new car parking was completed in December 2011 - Now Open!
The new food court is due for completion July 2012.
Link mall featuring new specialty stores is due for completion August 2012.
Myer and a new mall featuring fashion is due for completion October 2012.
